Due to the nature of natural stone, it’s normal for countertops and sinks to have variations in color and texture, including discolored spots, pores, veins or other birthmarks and imperfections. These are not considered defects. To avoid any dirt or stains from getting into the stone, we highly recommend you to seal any stone surfaces before installation.
Due to high freight damage occurrences, we only ship backsplashes with a vanity. There are no freight charges if the backsplash and the vanity are shipped together. In the event that the backsplash is received damaged or broken, it will not be replaced only refunded.

Residential Curbside Delivery :

Rates include curbside delivery by truck lines for ONE unit within the contiguous 48 states. Transit time runs between 3-10 service days. Cargo is fully insured by the shipper (US) for damage during transportation. You can refuse cargo if the carton does not seem to be in good condition. R&L Carrier and SAIA Freight Line service deliver most of our cargo. All deliveries occur during the carrier’s normal business hours with a 4-hour appointment window. Be sure to provide your correct shipping address, otherwise you will be responsible for any change of address fee charged by the carrier.
Your order will be delivered via a freight carrier, usually by a 53′ semi-truck, which could easily weigh 20-40 tons. Some rural areas, islands, or otherwise inaccessible locations (deep hill, gravel road, long driveway, narrow road, private road, etc.) may not be deliverable by our contracted carriers. In some cases, carriers may be able to provide special arrangements (hiring a local moving company, renting a smaller truck for final delivery, etc.), however additional fees apply.
